What is included in the character experience?

A Character Attendant: Every character experience, if you are booking 1 character, includes a character attendant who accompanies our performer and helps ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.​

Interactive Meet & Greets: For large-scale events such as community events, public events, and meet & greets, our characters wander throughout the event in character, mingling with guests, interacting, and posing for magical photo opportunities.

​A Personalized Character Experience: For more structured events, such as birthday parties, our character will provide a 45-60 minutes interactive experience filled with age-appropriate activities and plenty of opportunities for lifelong memories.

​Music, Dancing & Games: For our more structured events, such as birthday parties and library events, guests can join their favorite character for singing, dancing, interactive games, and fun activities such as parachute play and sticker scavenger hunt. ​We also always tailor the structure of the event and activities based on the character being provided.

​A Birthday Surprise: All birthday party packages include a special birthday gift for the birthday boy or girl from their visiting character.

Tailored to Your Celebration: Have a special request or something specific you would like your character to do at your event? Let us know! We love creating personalized experiences and will always do our best to tailor the character visit to your event and its needs.

What to Expect During the Booking Process & On the Day of Your Event

Once you're ready to start planning your event reach out to us through our Contact section of the website. Our owner will collect all fo the necessary information and coordinate all details with you regarding the necessary paperwork, a deposit and final payment.

We will always follow up with you in the week leading up to your event to touch base and make sure you don't have any questions.

On the day of your event your character will arrive approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. They will park out of sight, (since we want to preserve the illusion as much as possible), and they will make their way up to your event a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

The performer will arrive in character and remain in character for the duration of your event. As soon as they arrive they are ready to begin creating fun-filled memories with your guests. From there, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience while our performer and attendant take care of the rest!

Our goal is to make the entire process, from booking to the final farewell, as stress-free as possible!

Pricing
First Hour: $300

1 character + dedicated character attendant
Additional Time or Characters: $225/character/hour

When booking more than 1 character or booking for more than 1 hour, the discounted rate of $225 per character, per hour applies.
Examples:

1 character for 1 hour = $300

1 character for 2 hours = $450

2 characters for 1 hour = $450

2 characters for 2 hours = $900

Please note: A travel fee may apply if your event is more than 30 minutes from our performer's city of residence.
